Preparing for your stay
It is very important that your overall mental,
emotional, and physical health is sound before you commence a detox.
If you are currently experiencing any of the following just let us
know your needs and we can help:
Try to prepare for your detox by reducing stimulants
such as tea, coffee, alcohol and junk foods. Be mindful about how
much wheat, gluten and sugar you consume on a daily basis.
Drink plenty of water and begin to mentally prepare
for your detox by reflecting on the benefits you will gain for your
health and your body.
Concentrate your diet as much as you can on salads,
soups, vegetables, brown rice, and fruit.
These items are a suggestion of what you may need to
bring with you:

something or need something while here we very likely can
accommodate you, so not to worry.
Please note we are a very relaxed retreat, so don't
worry about bringing too much stuff.
