Getting Started

1. Call HCG Wellness Center @ 808-988-0800 to discuss and enroll in an available weight loss program or sign up online - click here.

2. Once enrolled, we will send you Phase I (Purification Program/Cleanse) and provide you with medical forms that must be completed by you and submitted to our clinic. These will include a medical history form, and treatment consent form.

3. Once you receive Phase I - Purification Program call to schedule your consultation so that you get started on the right path. Fill out the consultation form - CLICK HERE

4. During Phase I you will need to get some basic routine labs screenings (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel). The lab can forward your results directly to our clinic or you can send them to us if you get a copy. We are able to use labs that are at most 6 months old.

5. Now that we have a complete medical file our physicians will review your charts and decide what weight loss therapy will be right for you. (It is important to note that while most people do qualify for HCG Therapy, there are conditions that will prevent our medical staff from prescribing HCG Therapy, if this is the case you will receive your money back for this portion of the program.) If approved, a prescription will be written to an affiliate pharmacy, and they will fill your prescription and mail it directly to you.

6. When you receive the hCG, call our office and we will guide you through the procedures for administering it.
